Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Iten Nano ("the Service") is operated by IP FoodCloud ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By creating an account, purchasing credits or otherwise using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with IP FoodCloud. You can reach us at support@itennano.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By continuing to access or use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country.
3. The product
Iten Nano is an automated video service that turns ready-made scene templates and the material you upload into short cinematic videos with optional generated audio. You may only upload material that belongs to you and that you hold the rights to use. Generation consumes credits that you purchase in advance. The number of credits per render is shown in the app before you confirm a generation.
4. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
5. Acceptable use
Full rules are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In particular, you must not:
- use it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, spam or harassment;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others;
- upload material you do not own or hold the rights to — including material depicting other people, celebrities, other public figures and minors;
- create content that impersonates a real person, or present generated video as real footage of a real event;
- generate sexual or adult content, any sexualised depiction of minors, hate speech, violent extremist content, malware or content designed to deceive;
- attempt to jailbreak, bypass safety filters, reverse engineer, scrape, probe or interfere with the security or technical limits of the Service;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service itself.
6. Inputs and outputs
- You are responsible for your prompts, the material you upload, how you use the outputs and for verifying their accuracy before publishing them.
- Before each generation you confirm that the uploaded material belongs to you, that you are the rights holder in it, and that you consent to a video being created from it. As between you and us, you retain the rights to your inputs and, subject to payment, may use the outputs commercially under the licence included in your credit pack.
- Generated videos may be inaccurate, distorted or unexpected. They must not be relied on as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
- Rights holders can request takedown of infringing content by writing to support@itennano.com. We may remove content, filter or refuse outputs, restrict features and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
- Third-party processing providers apply their own content filters. A generation may be rejected by a provider; in that case the credits are returned to your balance.
7. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the pack you purchased. We retain ownership of the Service, its software, models integrations, documentation and branding.
8. Service level
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Rendering times depend on third-party providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Payment, billing and taxes
Credits are sold as one-time purchases; there are no automatic renewals. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our refund policy.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination your access ends; you may request an export of your generated files within 14 days, after which stored assets may be deleted.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims arising from the content you upload or generate, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
13. General
You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
