Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

IP FoodCloud, operator of the Iten Nano service, is the data controller for the personal data described here. This means we decide why and how your data is processed. Contact: support@itennano.com.

2. What we collect and why

• Account data (email address, login credentials managed by our authentication provider, account identifier) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Photos and prompts you upload — to generate the videos you request. They are stored in private storage accessible only to your account and are sent to the processing provider that performs the render. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Generated videos and generation history (settings, template used, status, timestamps) — to show your library and support the service. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Credit and transaction records (credit balance, ledger of spend, refunds and purchases, order references) — to run the credit system and keep accurate records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser information, error logs, basic usage events) — for security, fraud prevention, debugging and improving the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Payment card details are never collected or stored by us; they are handled by Paddle in its role as Merchant of Record.

2a. Images you upload

You may only upload material you own and have the rights to use, and you confirm this before each generation. Uploaded images are stored in private, per-account storage, are used solely to produce the video you requested, are transmitted to the processing provider only for that render, and are never used to train models, sold, or shared for advertising. You can delete an upload or a generation from your library at any time, and you can ask us to erase all your uploads by writing to support@itennano.com. Material belonging to other people is prohibited; if we detect it we remove it and may suspend the account.

3. Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors: cloud hosting and database, file storage, and the processing providers that render videos from your prompts and photos.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of credit packs, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where we are required to do so by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK/EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Uploaded photos, prompts and generated videos are kept until you delete them or your account is closed; deleted assets are removed from active storage promptly and from backups in the normal backup cycle. Transaction and credit records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax law. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Write to support@itennano.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK/EEA you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls so that only your account can read your files and records, private storage buckets with time-limited signed links, and restricted administrative access.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences; the service cannot work without them. Our payment provider sets cookies needed to run the checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in will stop working.
