30-day money-back guarantee

Iten Nano is operated by IP FoodCloud. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit packs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or write to us at support@itennano.com and we will help you through the process. You do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind request.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 3–10 business days. Once a refund is issued, any credits remaining from that purchase are removed from your balance and access to the paid features ends.

Failed generations

If a video render fails, errors out, or is rejected by the processing provider, the credits spent on it are automatically returned to your balance. You do not need to request anything for this — it happens inside the app. If you believe credits were not returned correctly, contact support and we will correct it.
