Acceptable Use Policy

Iten Nano is operated by IP FoodCloud ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the Service may and may not be used for. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to every account.

1. Your own material only

Iten Nano renders short cinematic videos from ready-made scene templates and the material you supply. You may only upload material that belongs to you and that you hold the rights to use. Before each generation you must confirm that this is the case and that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Prohibited uploads

You must not upload, or attempt to generate video from:

• material depicting any other person, including friends, family, clients or strangers;
• celebrities, politicians, influencers or any other public figure, living or deceased;
• minors, or any material in which a person under 18 appears;
• material taken from social media, stock libraries, search results or any other source where you are not the rights holder;
• identity documents, or files containing other people's personal data.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

• impersonation, or presenting a generated video as real footage of a real event, including political manipulation and misinformation;
• sexual, nude, suggestive or otherwise adult content, and any sexualised depiction of minors;
• harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, violent extremist or graphic content;
• fraud, scams, fake endorsements, spam, or content designed to deceive buyers or viewers;
• infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity or trademark rights;
• any unlawful use, and any attempt to bypass safety filters, reverse engineer, scrape, probe or interfere with the Service or its technical limits.

4. Moderation and enforcement

Uploads and prompts pass through our own checks and the safety filters of the processing providers we integrate. We may refuse or filter a generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate an account, and report unlawful material to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches lead to termination without refund of credits already consumed.

5. Reporting a violation

If you believe your work or rights have been used on Iten Nano without your permission, write to support@itennano.com with a description and any evidence. We review reports promptly, remove infringing content and act against repeat infringers.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the material you upload, the prompts you write, and how you use or publish the resulting videos, including labelling computer-generated content where the law or the platform you publish on requires it. Output may be inaccurate or distorted and must not be relied on as professional advice.
